About Vegan Style
Vegan Style is an Australian-based vegan shoe store that offers vegan shoes from well-known brands like Wills and Bourgeois Boheme to smaller ones, and also their own brand of vegan shoes called Zette.
Vegan Style was started in 2010 by Justin Mead (a vegan for more than 15 years), when it shared space with a vegan cafe and was open only half the week, to a full-size store on one of the vegan-friendly Brunswick street in Melbourne.
Vegan Shoes for Women
Vegan Style, by selling designs from many brands, offers a pretty wide selection of shoes. You can find dress shoes in any heel size, from classic black shoes to bright purple! Prices are usually very affordable, even when it comes to the more posh footwear Vegan Style offers.
Women’s shoes on Vegan Style are organized in very specific categories, so you can easily find the type of shoe you’re looking for: high heels, mid heels, low heels, flats etc. This is sometimes something that’s overlooked, but presenting items in an organized and intuitive way on a web store is extremely important and it makes our lives so much easier when we don’t have to spend 20 minutes figuring out where they keep the shoes we’re looking for. Vegan Style gets it right. Time saved.
Vegan Style also offers some great looking flats, Oxfords, wedges and sandals in a variety of styles from Moleca, Beira Rio, Vizzano and other sometimes overlooked vegan brands that are not available in many stores. They also offer lots of discounts for their own brand of shoes – Zette – and you can find great prices for lots of models on a regular basis.
Vegan Style really stands out with the exceptional selection of boots from many vegan designers. You can find anything, from low boots to knee-high boots. The collection is mostly very elegant and, because of its diversity, probably presents at least a pair or two that would perfectly match your taste.
Women’s Accessories
Vegan underwear. Yep, it has come to this – there’s now even vegan underwear. Vegan Style sells fair trade short briefs as well as bikini briefs. Other accessories you might find are belts, mostly formal designs but also a couple of casual braided fabric belts. Vegan Style also sell a great selection of bags, mostly elegant and classy leather-like handbags, but also some good looking backpacks.
Vegan Shoes for Men
The dress shoe collection from Vegan Style is wide enough to offer all the essential designs by leading vegan brands (as well as some smaller ones), and then some. Prices are not cheap for these kinds of shoes, but discounts are available on a regular basis and you can catch some great bargains.
The cruelty-free boots selection is also great, with lots of variety from Good Guys, Ahimsa, Novacas and other brands that make excellent vegan boots. They range from classic and formal to casual and hip, and some of them are sold with a discount of up to 50%.
In the casual vegan shoes department, Vegan Style curates the top vegan casual shoes, like oxfords, boots and loafers from selected brands, including Ahimsa, Brave Gentleman and OpficioV. This saves quite a bit of time going from brand to brand in search of the best looking shoes, since so many of them can be found here in one place. Some shoes that stand up in this collection include FAIR’s Chelseas boots, NAE’s Birkenstock-style sandals and Ahimsa’s excellent slip-ons in various colors.
There are a few sports shoes available, mostly from NAE, but you’ll find many hip sneakers from Converse-style ankle-high shoes by Etiko to black and shiny leather-like sneakers by Wills. Prices are pretty fair for these types of shoes.
Men’s Accessories
Vegan Style has a very nice selection of vegan belts. The vast majority is leather-like (either shiny or matte) formal belts that are suitable for either special events or for work. They also have a nice selection of more casual braided fabric belts that go well with jeans, cargo pants or any other pair of old pants you may have (hipster!).
In addition, they sell some great wallets that are very elegant and don’t take up too much space in your pocket. Oh yeah, and they sell briefs and beard grooming products too, in case you need any.
Vegan Shoes for Kids
Vegan Style doesn’t sell any kids shoes or accessories right now. Those kids of yours will have to go completely styleless for now. Shame.
Payment & Shipping
Vegan Style are limited in the way they can process payments, as they work exclusively with PayPal and Eway (although you can contact them if you want to use other methods, they’ll be able to help you with that). This doesn’t mean, though, that you can’t still use your credit card in order to purchase, only that the process goes through PayPal to do so. For us consumers it doesn’t really matter since there are no additional fees or any other concerns.
All shipments are trackable via Australia Post. They deliver worldwide, with costs ranging from only $10 AUD within Australia to $49 AUD worldwide.

You’ll get full attention from Vegan Style’s customer support as they are a very nice bunch of people and still very much a small business.
Vegan Style allow to return items you’ve bought or exchange for a different size, you can do that within 14 days.
