Customer Service

NAE can be contacted via phone, email or contact form on their website, and they respond very quickly to questions and requests.

They allow returning of any item within 15 days of purchase, as long as it’s in new condition. If you want to exchange or return items you only have to pay for the shipping to NAE (and include a note letting them know why you’re sending it back), and they will send you back the new item for free.
